A continuation of the Spy Penguin. Spy Penguin revolves around a group of three penguins who protect Paris from those who threaten the peace.

The series consists of 47 episodes released online via GYAO! (a Japanese video on demand service by Yahoo! Japan. However, episodes 1-3 and 5 are the same as in previously released Spy Penguin OVAs, so the actual number of episodes with new content is 43.
