The Animation Park, inhabited by the twelve zodiac animals, is now under the management of Le Yangyang. In the spirit of sharing with the world, Le Yangyang seeks the help of his generals to organize a grand Spring Festival gala. However, upon arriving at the park, he finds it wreaked havoc by the mischievous Nian beast. Meanwhile, the general's grandfather, the Old General, sees the Nian beast passing by and senses something amiss. In the ensuing chase, the animated characters travel through various animated worlds. During this time, the Nian beast realizes its mistake, and the characters forgive and forget. They learn the values of fairness, integrity, friendliness, harmony, civility, care, and the rule of law, working together to overcome the difficulties and return to the Animation Park to celebrate the New Year.
