Lovis is Mattis' wife and also Ronja's mother. She lives together in the castle with Mattis, Ronja and the rest of the robbers tribe.

She is mostly in charge of the duties in the castle and is basically "the master of the house."

Lovis is a strong-willed, confident and motherly woman. She might seem like a pretty rough and bossy character that doesn't give a damn about the other people in the group, but she's actually a very caring person that thinks of the best for the people around her.
