BIOGRAPHY

A Negoro member in charge of aboveground operations in the Red Light District. First seen greeting Jin and Mugen at the door, then later reveals to his boss Ginsa who brought the forged koban into the brothel. He appears to be one of the prisoners led away at the end of the episode.
