Koichi's quirk lets him slide across a surface if he connects to it at 3 points (hands or feet). Even with a weak power, he still dreamt of becoming a hero. He was unable to go to hero school, because he choses to save Kazuho Haneyama instead of going to the entrance exam. Later on in life, he becomes a vigilante with Pop☆Step (Kazuho Haneyama) and Knuckleduster (Iwao Oguro).
