Tetia is a young apprentice witch at Qifrey's Atelier. She loves the idea of clouds and dreams of creating the perfect cloud magic, but most of all wants to make magic that makes people happy.

Tetia is an extremely upbeat, loving girl that tries to help everyone she knows and keep the mood positive. She is often the one who keeps everyone grounded and stable. Tetia loves it when people thank her, and will thank them in return.

Rather than a typical Japanese pronoun, Tetia tends to refer to herself using her own name, テティア (Tetia). This lends a rather childish quality to her speech. However, in tense moments, she sometimes switches to a more serious 私 (watatshi) pronoun, such as during the Draconic Labyrinth Arc.
