BIOGRAPHY
A former employee of Haruki Enomiya in the zone of Myogadani before becoming an enforcer.
Recruited by Mika Shimotsuki to be an enforcer.
But by episode 4 (season 3) it is shown that he had joined hands with Tsunemori.
Warms up slowly to his inspector Arata Shindou.
Personality:
He is a jovial individual who enjoys joking around, having fun and causing trouble. He cares deeply for the inhabitants living in the abandoned zone of Myogadani, and one of his motivations for becoming an Enforcer is to protect them.
