Head of Ootaki Factory, nicknamed "Pops." A world-renowned scientist with numerous patents, he is infatuated with UFOs and unidentified creatures, and in recent times has devoted himself to "protecting the Earth." When kaiju appear, he rushes to eliminate them along with Yun and Haberu.
