First year student at Reio University. He is strongly attracted to spirits and experienced a psychic disorder when he was in middle school, causing him to live a reclusive life for over two years. He began reintegrating into society as a night tutor, where he met Yayoi and Ai and joined Yayoi's mission to capture spirits.
