Mona Kawai

Mona, in her own words, has got the looks, the personality and is the "complete package". She is like the queen bee of the school and is idolised by the entire student body - except for Medaka who is totally indifferent towards her. This annoys her and she decides to make Medaka fall for her through her charms.
