The only son of a farmer who lives in a rural town in the Kanto region.

He spends his days vaguely because he doesn't have any particular hobbies and can't find anything he can devote himself to. Toto is the only friend Rouma cares about because he doesn't get along well with his classmates. His usual range of activity is only the distance he can go by bicycle, and he has never left the neighborhood except on school trips and for extracurricular lessons.
