One of the several scientists that were involved in Anya Forger's experimentation in the organization prior to her escape. They were indifferent to Anya's desires, forbidding her to draw, play or cry, and strictly forcing her to study for world peace. Two of the male scientists were also involved in Bond's cruel experimentation in "Project Apple".
