Tattoo, as referred to by Speedwagon, is a tertiary ally featured in the first part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Phantom Blood. As a resident of Ogre Street, he initially tries to rob Jonathan Joestar alongside Speedwagon and a Kempo Fighter.
