Arkvine

Arkvine is a close subordinate of Sullivan. He is a tall, dark-skinned man with light-colored, close-shaven hair and dark facial hair consisting of a mustache connected to a medium-size beard tapering to a point at his chin and with a strip of hair below his lower lip. He wears a black suit, connected at the front by a thin chain, over a white dress shirt and black tie, with a light-colored sash over his waist and dark pants, and carries a sword with a long handle. When Sullivan finds Billy Banx Jr. sneaking around outside the Top of Horns meeting room, Arkvine stands by while she warns Billy to look after his subordinates before departing alongside Sullivan at her command.
