Myron is a character of the day who appeared in Fight for the Light! (EP210). He is the grandfather of Olivine City Gym Leader Jasmine.

He helped Jasmine to take care of Sparkle when it was ill. Later, he advised Ash to challenge the Cianwood Gym before challenging Jasmine, to give her time to get ready for battle.

Myron commended Janina, Jasmine's Gym apprentice, and her quick thinking after she used her Onix as a rope to stop Team Rocket from escaping with Sparkle. His accolades helped Jasmine trust Janina after she pretended to be the Olivine Gym Leader and coated her Onix in wax to give it an unfair advantage in battle.
