Hord Clivios

He is the captain of the 9th Oder of the Holy Knights. Their family owned a vast tretch of land in the south and the wine their territory produced has earned so much fame that Tsav and Dotta would grovel to get their hands on it. He thinks of the Penal Unit as gamecocks; seeing them fight was a form of entertainment for him. He is also contracted to Pelmerry, the goddess who specializes in summoning poisons. He has a very stern attitude towards others and himself.
