General Chang Jin, a subordinate of Zhu Wen, adopted two orphans many years ago, taking them as his disciples and teaching them martial arts. He named them Haoling and Xuanling, both bearing his surname "Chang." After General Chang died in battle, the two siblings were recruited by Hades and became known as the Black and White Impermanence of the Xuanming Sect. These two were directly under Meng Po's command, and their hands contained deadly corpse poison; the former was ruthless and cunning, while the latter was arrogant and flamboyant.
