Setsuno

One of four "Gourmet Living National Treasures", legendary cook Setsuno.

She lives in Gourmet Town when she has a restaurant. People must wait 10 years to eat anything there. She was the first person to handle the Puffer Whale without ruining it. She attempted to re-create the Century Soup which she tasted once and has come very close to achieving it. She requested Toriko and Komatsu to complete it.

She was "Knocking Master" Jirou's partner in the old days and is still very powerful. She also had some relationship with Ichiryuu and apparently with Bishoku-kai boss calling him "idiot".
