BIOGRAPHY
He once worked alongside Barnaby and Emily Brooks as a robotics engineer. When they died, Rotwang decided to "improve" on their research, and proceeded to create androids of his own. He wanted to create an android strong enough to rise above humans and NEXT, which eventually led to the development of Cis.
