Mrs. Otter is a character of the day who appeared in Pokéblock, Stock, and Berry (AG090). Her name in the English dub was only revealed through the closed captions available on Prime Video.

Mrs. Otter runs the store single-handedly and keeps her Pokéblock recipes secret, even from her daughter Kelly. She sources her Berries from the freshest source, the Lilycove Berry Market. She stocks many varieties and also makes special order batches. Mrs. Otter also uses her store as a training school, as she went on to teach May how to make her own Pokéblocks using a Berry Blender.
