Delbert is a minor recurring character in the Pokémon anime.

He first appeared in The Clubsplosion Begins! (BW070), where he was a participant of the Clubsplosion tournament. Delbert's first opponent was Montgomery, who he battled in Search for the Clubultimate! (071). Though Delbert started out confident during the match and made the first move, he was taken aback by Montgomery's Throh's evasive techniques and heavy-handed approach. The quick match ended with Delbert's loss.
