BIOGRAPHY

He is a bandit who holds Stefany Bostok (along with Meryl Stryfe, Milly Thompson and Vash) hostage so he can get a chance for a shootout with Dick "Grim Reaper" Bostok, who was responsible for stealing Ingway's parents' land and for their deaths. Ingway wanted to avenge them by killing the elder Bostok.
