The manager of Kawai Complex. Though she may appear to have a kind, cheerful, and optimistic deposition, she can be quite strict and feared when it comes to implementing to the complex's house rules. She make a good pudding which the tenants find irresistibly delicious. She also happens to be the sister of Ritsu's grandfather.
