Gabriel Chávez Aguirre (born March 23, 1946 in Mexico City) is a Mexican dubbing, theater and television actor.
Recognized for being the voice of Charles Montgomery Burns in the popular animated series The Simpsons until the 15th season and from the 32nd, Grandpa Phil in Hey Arnold!, Ed Big Head in Rocko's Modern Life and The Smoking Man in The X Files.
