Isaac Charles Singleton Jr. (born in Melbourne, Florida, USA) is an American actor. He lived in Germany since he was 13. Isaac later came back to Florida to begin his acting career. He attended Florida A & M University in the 1980s. He was a stuntman in the 1997 movie, Rosewood. He made several appearances in other movies like Charlie's Angels, Galaxy Quest, Planet of the Apes, Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. In the Lord of the Rings video games, Isaac provided the voice of Lurtz. He also was the voice of Incognito in the anime, Hellsing. Isaac is also voice of Sagat in Street Fighter IV and Street Fighter X Tekken.
