Masato Yamanouchi

Yamanouchi Masato (April 3, 1929 - April 7, 2003) was an actor and voice actor (seiyuu) from Tokyo, Japan. He died on April 7, 2003 due to complications from lung cancer just 4 days after his 74th birthday. Yamanouchi graduated from Waseda University's Department of Law in 1950 and joined Tokyo Housou Gekidan (東京放送劇団) in 1951. In 1977 he left to become a freelancer.

During his career he also used the stage names 山ノ内雅人 (Yamanouchi Masato) and 山内幹也 (Yamanouchi Mikiya).
